Choose how trucks fit into your day
A truck can serve the main meal, desserts or a late-night snack. Share your venue, date, guest count and timeline so vendors understand whether service should happen all at once or across a longer window.
Coordinate with your venue first
Confirm that your venue allows food trucks and identify a level, accessible serving location. Discuss parking, power, noise, guest lines and weather plans with the venue and vendor. Local permits and site rules can affect the plan.
Turn inspiration into a confirmed menu
Review portions, dietary needs, service timing and payment terms in the proposal. Let the vendor know about other catering so the quantities make sense. A submitted request does not reserve a truck; final availability and arrangements must be confirmed.
Questions before you start
Can we book a dessert truck only?
Yes. Describe the desserts or drinks you want, the guest count and when you want service.
When should we send a request?
As soon as your venue, date and approximate attendance are known. Availability can change, especially for popular dates.
